The simple answer is no. You show up to class and you do what you can while you're there. Over time you will continue to improve and develop more strength. This sport isn't about walking through the door as a experienced athlete but it is about becoming that athlete over time.
Our youth nowadays are constantly staring at television / I phone screens and rarely staying physically active. This leads to moody behaviors amongst our youth and a lack of motivation. Training BJJ gives our children the discipline, control, and physical exercise they need to grow up into a healthy young person, both mind and body.
The Average class lasts around 60 mins. The perfect amount of time to get a full body workout and practice some of your newly learned techniques.
Most of our trainings are done as a group. While group trainings are preferred, 1 on 1 sessions are available and is left up to our trainers discretion. Contact one of our trainers to see if you qualify for 1 on 1 trainings.
